Shortlists Announced for NI Music Prize

The shortlists for this year’s NI Music Prize have been announced. Once again set to take over the iconic Ulster Hall on 12th November as part of this year’s Sound of Belfast Festival, the biggest night in the NI music calendar will celebrate and honour the best in local music.
Acts across the scene will compete for major prizes including PPL Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Live Act of the Year, alongside a brand new award for 2025: the PRS for Music NI Creator of the Year.

Junk Drawer – Days of Heaven

RÓIS – MO LÉAN
Sister Ghost – Beyond The Water
Snow Patrol – The Forest Is The Path
Taylor Lally – Taylor Lally
The Wood Burning Savages – Hand To Mouth
Live Act of the Year will see Joshua Burnside, Kneecap, RÓIS and Tessio vie for the prize.
