The full panel line-up for Output Belfast 2024 has been announced. As part of Sound of Belfast, which runs from 7th to 17th November, Output Belfast is Ireland’s largest one-day music conference and showcase. It is presented by Belfast City Council/Belfast City of Music and programmed by Score Draw Music.

The conference will include over 30 workshops, masterclasses, panels, and talks covering a wide range of topics in the music industry. These sessions are designed to support the Northern Ireland music community with both creative skills — such as songwriting, performing, and production — and business skills like management, marketing, and industry networking.

Taking place on Tuesday, 12th November, Output will coincide with the 10th anniversary of Sound of Belfast. The conference brings together key figures from the global music industry and provides opportunities for networking and professional development for artists, managers, journalists, composers, and others.

The daytime conference will run from 10:00 to 17:00 at The Mac and Oh Yeah Centre, followed by an evening of live music across several Cathedral Quarter venues from 19:00 onwards. Further details on the evening line-up will be shared soon. All events are free to attend.

This year’s keynote speakers are Jo Twist, Mark Davyd, and Joe Frankland, the Chief Executives of BPI, the Music Venues Trust, and PRS for Music, respectively.

Key sessions include Building a Team as an Independent Artist (hosted by Women’s Work), Amplifying Black Music, Creative, and Business Talent in Ireland, Music Support: Championing the Wellbeing of the Industry*, as well as panels on funding, publishing, management, music PR and more.
