On Tuesday 3rd December, Belfast’s award-winning Oh Yeah Music Centre will host The Musicians’ Union Presents: Show One to Showcase Panel & Mixer. This special evening is designed to help musicians and members of NI’s wider music community prepare for showcase-ready performances while providing valuable networking opportunities.
The event kicks off with a panel discussion featuring key voices from the music industry. Curators, bookers and industry insiders will offer guidance on building an act’s capacity for showcase performances, including festival appearances. Panellists include Mark Gordon (Output Belfast), Ben Magee (New Champion Management) and Liza Geddes (Ireland Music Week), with the session moderated by Charlene Hegarty, the newly appointed MU Northern Ireland Regional Officer.
