As part of this year’s Sound of Belfast Festival, the Oh Yeah Music Centre presents Sonic Sanctuary: Mood, Music & Mental Health. This immersive afternoon invites audiences to explore how sound shapes emotions and supports wellbeing.
The event blends live performances from local artists with conversation and interaction. Highlights include a panel discussion, Can Music Heal?, and a series of creative Mood Booths designed to encourage reflection, balance and connection.
Sonic Sanctuary offers a space to pause, breathe and experience music in a new way. Open to ages 18+, tickets are available for free above.
