Check Your Levels: Dealing With Difficult Behaviour

BAPAM and Help Musicians are hosting an important online session on Monday 24 June from 1pm to 2pm titled Check Your Levels: Dealing With Difficult Behaviour.

Everyone working in music has the right to feel safe, respected and supported in their professional environments. This free session is designed to help those in the sector identify, navigate and respond to unacceptable behaviour, whether experienced directly or witnessed in others.

The workshop will cover how to recognise when your boundaries are being crossed, how to identify bullying or harassment in music settings and how to respond in the moment to difficult or harmful behaviour. It will also outline the emotional and practical support available to anyone in the music industry facing these issues.

This is a vital session for musicians and music professionals across Ireland and the UK, including those in NI, offering tools to help foster safer and more respectful working environments throughout the sector.
