BBC Introducing 101: How To Get Your Music Heard
6:00pm – 7:00pm, Wednesday 26th Feb 2025

For independent musicians everywhere, getting your music played on radio or landing a festival slot can sometimes feel like a challenge. BBC Music Introducing has been helping emerging artists break through since 2007, providing crucial broadcast opportunities on radio, television and online, as well as access to major festival stages.
On Wednesday, 26th February, from 18:00 to 19:00, the Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) will host an exclusive online session with Kelly Betts, Editor of BBC Introducing and Jess Iszatt, presenter of BBC Introducing on Radio 1 and BBC Introducing London. This session will offer invaluable insight into how the platform works and how musicians can make the most of it, whether through radio airplay, festival slots, or other industry opportunities.
This event is open to ticket holders and FAC PRO Members. FAC PRO Members receive free access to all FAC events, along with additional benefits such as pro bono legal advice. Membership is £5 per month, with an option to sign up via PPL registration and pay nothing upfront.
Tickets:
- FAC PRO Members: Free
- Non-members: £7.99
