A&BNI Social Value Summit

8:30am – 12:00pm, Thursday 20th Mar 2025

The Arts & Business NI Social Value Summit takes place at The MAC on Thursday, 20th March, from 8:30 am – 12 pm. This half-day conference, in partnership with Bank of Ireland, explores how businesses and creative organisations can collaborate to drive Social Value with measurable impact.

For musicians and those working in NI’s creative industry, this event offers insights into how the arts can play a key role in delivering Social Value, opening up potential funding, partnership, and commissioning opportunities. With growing emphasis on Social Value in public procurement and corporate responsibility, understanding how the music sector can engage with businesses in meaningful ways could help open new doors for funding and collaboration.

Speakers include Lisa Beers (Strategic Investment Board), Paula Murphy (Bank of Ireland), Sam Donaldson (Perspective Economics), Jo McGinley (EY), and Conor McGale (Rose Regeneration), who will discuss creative partnerships, funding initiatives, and strategies for demonstrating the wider impact of cultural projects.

The event is relevant to musicians, music organisations, promoters, and industry professionals looking to understand how partnerships with businesses and public bodies can support music-led projects. Breakfast and refreshments are included.
