Martin Connon
I’m a singer-songwriter born and raised in Larne. I play guitar and keyboard and I write, record and produce all of my own music.
I’ve been writing original songs, both as a solo artist and in bands, for almost 20 years, and my songs have gained significant regional recognition and acclaim, as well as attention from national music media. I have written in various genres over that time, from pop to rock, to metal, to acoustic folk and dance.
My current songs sit within the commercial rock/pop bracket, characterised by driving melodies and big, catchy choruses.I moved to London in my 20s to further my music career and then returned to Larne to raise a family. I am primarily an artist in my own right, but I also ghost write for pop artists.
