Ireland’s premier electronic music festival, Emerge, is set to return to Boucher Road Playing Fields in Belfast on 23rd and 24th August 2025, promising its most ambitious edition yet. With over 80 artists performing across four stages, the festival will combine cutting-edge sound and visuals to create an immersive experience.

Headlining the first wave of acts are international icon Fatboy Slim, Belfast’s own BICEP with their acclaimed Chroma AV DJ set, and chart-topping producer Sonny Fodera. They will be joined by a diverse lineup, including Hannah Laing, Horsegiirl, I Hate Models, Marlon Hoffstadt, Yasmin Gardezi, and special guest DJ 2QWIK2GRUV.

Techno enthusiasts can look forward to the TELETECH stage, showcasing heavy hitters such as AZYR, DYEN, Holy Priest, Meltx and others.

Festival organiser Joe Dougan said:

“Living legend Fatboy Slim tops out our 2025 lineup, alongside local heroes Bicep, and Sonny Fodera, fresh from selling out 2 nights in Dublin’s 3Arena and a lightning-fast sellout at Custom House Square – these are 3 of global electronic music’s biggest names.”

“They join a huge lineup of local & international performers such as Marlon Hoffstadt, Horsegiirl & 2QUICK2GRUV (AKA blk.), along with stage takeovers from Manchester titans TELETECH & Hannah Laing’s DOOF brand. More than 80 artists will appear across the weekend on 4 stages, with emphasis, as ever, on spectacular sound & lighting – ensuring the fan experience is genuinely world-class.”

As a UNESCO City of Music, Belfast continues to shine as a hub for world-class music events. Emerge, alongside AVA Festival, highlights the city’s role in showcasing electronic music talent from Ireland and beyond.

Tickets for Emerge 2025 go on pre-sale at 12pm on Thursday, 5th December, with general sales beginning at 9am on Friday, 6th December.
