The British Phonographic Industry (BPI) is inviting applications from music and creative industry professionals to join their Equity & Justice Advisory Group (EJAG). This group plays a crucial role in supporting and advising on the BPI’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

EJAG is a diverse board that helps guide the BPI’s DEI strategy, offering insights and feedback to foster inclusive change within the industry. Members bring a blend of professional and lived experience to the table, contributing to the BPI’s efforts across its members, awards, and events. The group evolved from The BRITs Diversity Advisory Group, which was established in 2016 to improve diversity representation at the BRIT Awards.

The BPI seeks individuals with relevant experience to join the EJAG. The application deadline is 19 September. For more details and to apply, visit their website here.
