AVA Belfast 2025: A New Era for Ireland’s Leading Electronic Music Festival
AVA Belfast, Ireland’s premier electronic music festival, is set to return on 30th and 31st May 2025, ushering in a new chapter as it moves into its second decade. Renowned as a cultural catalyst, AVA is more than just a festival – it’s a celebration of music, visual arts, culture and community, located in our UNESCO City of Music.
After celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024, AVA looks to the future with its theme, The Next Chapter. This milestone year saw 10,000 attendees each day, over 70 local and international artists and hundreds of creatives contributing to a festival that has grown into a beacon for the global electronic music community.
Globally recognised for its innovative approach to festivals, conferences and events, AVA continues to spotlight the best in Irish creative talent while welcoming internationally acclaimed artists. Previous lineups have included Bicep, Peggy Gou, Central Cee, Larry Heard, Helena Hauff and Kojaque, reflecting the festival’s commitment to both diversity and excellence.
Community remains at the heart of AVA’s mission, using its platform to unite audiences, artists and creatives from around the world. For 2025, the festival promises to amplify its longstanding heritage as a pioneering electronic music event while embracing a new generation of breakthrough talent. With a fresh approach to programming and events, AVA aims to welcome a new wave of fans, artists and collaborators to its ever-evolving story.
